Spanish Reflexión La Hora
Some of the things that I learned on this lesson ‘la Hora’ are telling time and y or menos in spanish class. I learned how to tell time more in spanish so I can tell people the time if they only speak spanish. I also learned to say y or menos before I say the time. 1 through 6 would be y and 7 through 12 would be menos. I think that my group could have been a little more focused. I think that I could improve by planning a little more because we changed our minds about our project so we felt in a bit of a rush. I think that it could have gone better by not being in the room we were in and not changing our mind. I would have changed the project by not changing the idea that we had at first.
Spanish waether and season Refection
This is a reflection about the weather and seasons.
This project helped me reinforce more about the season and weather because I did not know a lot about the weather but I also learned a little about the seasons. I learned a lot about the weather because I did not know a lot of weather spanish. I know a lot about the seasons but I learned how to pronounce some of the things a little bit better. I also leaned how to fine what season it is by the weather. I also learned a couple things from my project. They were how to pronounce some of the words and how to be more appreciative with a couple of the people in my group. I think that I spent my time in class wisely but when I finished I think I did not use my time as well. I think that the project was not my best but I think I did a good job. I think that I would have changed having some of the people in my group and I also would change not having a difficulty in the beggining.

Egyptian Mummification
Egyptian Mummification Through The Ages
By, Christian
Do you know a lot about Egyptian mummification? In the oldest times they dug small pits in the desert, big enough for the body and a couple other things. The heat and dryness of the desert made natural mummies that were lifelike, unlike the closest Egyptians today. As time went on, the mummification process changed. To mummify the body they would cut the left side of the body open and they took out all the internal organs except for the heart. They would would put them in four jars called conopic jars with stoppers that were the four sons of Horus. The coffins were often made of wood and the top half was a portrait of the person. The bottom half was pictures and hieroglyphics. But before that, they would embalm the body. The process of embalming did the mummification. It involved wrapping the body in strips of linen. Also they would stuff the body. The stuffing was linen or sawdust. The body was coated in resin to make the body waterproof. The rich and royalty coffins were placed in a sarcophagus. The Egyptians also mummified pet cats to sacred bulls (so they thought). Today, bodies are still embalmed and put in coffins. We also dig pits (or graves) to put the coffins in. We still have burial traditions just like the Egyptians.
